This notice covers the information you share when you ask to join the Datum waitlist. It is deliberately short and honest — we collect only what we need to talk to you about early access.

What we collect
When you submit the waitlist form, we collect the information you provide:
- Your email address
- Your role (portfolio manager / advisor, or management company)
- Your firm
- The NAV or reporting pain you describe
- Any optional feature wishlist you share
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this page.
Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
We use this information for a single purpose: to contact you about Datum early access and to understand the problems the product should solve. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see your rights below).
Where it is stored, and for how long
Your submission is stored in an EU-region database (Neon, Frankfurt). We keep it until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist closes — whichever comes first. We do not sell or share it.
Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the information we hold about you
- Have it corrected if it is wrong (rectification)
- Have it deleted (erasure)
- Withdraw your consent at any time
